  1. From the 'Mail' menubar select Preferences.




  2. Click the Accounts icon in the Mail Preferences window.




  3. Click Create Account.




  4. Enter your name, full email address including domain, e.g. john@yourdomain.com, and your mailbox password.




  5. Select POP from the list, then enter any description for your mailbox. e.g John.

    Enter mail.yourdomain.com for the incoming server replacing 'yourdomain.com' with your plan's domain.

    Enter your full email address for the username. e.g. info@yourdomain.com and your mailbox password.

    Note: Your incoming and outgoing mail server settings can be found at Manage Services

    Click continue. Mail will now check for your incoming server. Click Cancel then Continue again.




  6. Enter a description for the outgoing server. E.g. yourdomain.com

    Enter mail.yourdomain.com for the outgoing server replacing 'yourdomain.com' with your plan's domain. Make sure 'use only this server' is ticked.

    Ensure that 'Use Authentication' is ticked. Enter your full email address for the user name. e.g. info@yourdomain.com and your mailbox password.

    Click continue. Mail will now check for your incoming server. Click Cancel then Continue again.



  7. Untick 'Take account online' then click 'Create'

  8. Select your new mailbox from the left. From the 'Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) drop down list select edit server list

    Note: In Apple Mail v2.0 click the 'Server Settings..' button below the list




  9. Click the 'Advanced' tab. Untick 'Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)' then click OK.




  10. Back on the accounts screen select the 'Advanced' tab. Untick 'Use SSL'




  11. Your account is now setup. Close the 'Accounts' screen and select 'Save'. Click the Get Mail button to activate your account.
