Changing your mailbox password

1. Changing your mailbox password using eCenica Mail (Email Plans)

1. Login to eCenica Mail (mail.ecenica.com) using your full address and mailbox password.
2. Once logged in, click the Mail Options tab at the top left of the page.
3. From the vertical menu on the left, click Change Password.
4. Enter your current password
5. Now enter your new password in to the box marked 'New Password'.
6. For confirmation re-enter your new password in the bottom box.
7. Click the Update button at the top or bottom of your screen to save your changes.
8. If your password has been saved, you will see the message 'Password Updated Successfully'
9. Remember to use your new password on your next visit to eCenica Mail (mail.ecenica.com).

2. Changing your mailbox password using Hosting Control Panel (Hosting Plans)

1. Login to http://ecenica.com/admin using your hosting username (your domain name) and password.

2. Click the Mail icon at the Domain administration page. The Mail Names page appears.

3. Click on the mailbox you wish to edit. This takes you to the Mail Name Properties page:
   
   

4. To change the password click Preferences.
5. Enter your new password into the New password and Confirm password fields.
   
   

6. Click OK to submit all changes.
